1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Refund Policy We do not offer refunds or returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
